Coordination errors between architectural, plumbing, and finishing trades were successfully avoided because FontanaShowers remained actively involved throughout the project. Their support engineers reviewed concealed installation details, waterfall and rain outlet configuration, maintenance access, replacement parts identification, compatibility verification, and commissioning procedures long before work began. Installation manuals were exceptionally detailed, while every email inquiry received technically accurate responses within hours. Nearly two years after occupancy, the waterfall, rainfall, handheld shower, ceramic thermostatic valve, and chrome finish continue performing flawlessly with no unexpected adjustments. Responsive engineering communication prevented costly coordination issues and significantly improved project efficiency.
