4 of 5 Delay Found Refinement Wednesday, July 8, 2026

Shipping became the weak point of this purchase. The date moved and nobody notified me until I contacted support myself, which complicated our bathroom schedule. Fortunately, the shower performs much better than the ordering experience suggested. Rainfall coverage feels generous, the six massage jets are genuinely enjoyable, and the LED feature adds another dimension to the shower. The matte black finish also hides fingerprints surprisingly well.

3 of 5 Annoyance Met Luxury Friday, March 11, 2005
Reviewer: Calvin Rhodes from Flagstaff, AZ
As a purchasing manager, I don't expect every order to arrive overnight, but I do expect to know what's happening. Information on this shipment was sparse enough that I had to check in myself before scheduling the plumber. That aside, the shower was a good fit for the property. The finish gives the renovated bathrooms a polished feel, and the rainfall setup adds the kind of upgrade guests can actually experience rather than simply see.
