For a hospitality project, clearer shipping communication would have helped because our installation schedule was fairly tight. Fortunately, the Lima proved to be a good specification once fitted. The antique bronze appearance works especially well in our traditionally designed suites, while the handheld arrangement gives housekeeping useful flexibility. Guests get an attractive fixture, and our staff gets something genuinely practical for maintaining the shower area.

2 of 5 Setback Turned Admiration Sunday, July 27, 2003

Having to contact the company repeatedly for updates was the biggest disappointment with this order. Communication after the purchase simply wasn't as proactive as expected. Fortunately, my opinion improved considerably after receiving the product. The antique bronze finish gives the Lima a distinctive traditional appearance, and the hand-shower design turned out to be exactly what I wanted.
