Availability was not as straightforward as the website suggested, and learning about the delay after ordering affected our renovation schedule. Once received, the Lima performed well enough to change the overall impression. The oil-rubbed bronze finish suits our hospitality bathrooms nicely, while the handheld design provides useful flexibility for guests and housekeeping. Better inventory communication would have moved this closer to four stars.

A promised callback never came, so I eventually had to initiate contact again myself. That was disappointing and made the resolution require more effort than necessary. The product ultimately left a considerably better impression. The Lima's oil-rubbed bronze finish looks substantial and refined, and the hand-shower format provides the functionality I was looking for.
