4 of 5 Uncertainty Found Quality Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Reviewer: Jacqueline Thornton from Norfolk, VA
Getting accurate tracking information required two contacts, which seemed unnecessary for a straightforward kitchen faucet order. Product performance has thankfully been much more dependable. The Lima faucet feels solid around the sink, operates smoothly, and the chrome surface complements our existing commercial-style kitchen fixtures. After frequent use, there has been nothing complicated about maintaining or operating it.

3 of 5 Disappointment Found Beauty Sunday, March 2, 2003
Reviewer: Roman Gallagher from Bethesda, MD
A tracking number that wasn't showing meaningful movement caused unnecessary concern because this faucet was needed to finish a hospitality kitchenette. Nobody wants to keep chasing a relatively straightforward order. Since arrival, the Lima has been pleasantly uneventful. The chrome surface looks professional, works easily with the surrounding appliances and gives the sink area the clean appearance expected in a guest-facing space.
