4 of 5 Uncertainty Met Comfort Sunday, July 5, 2026
Reviewer: Miranda Matthews from Shreveport, LA
The first representative could not clearly explain the order status, and another contact was needed before I received useful information. Fortunately, the shower set was exactly the style our hospitality project required. The antique brass appearance brings warmth and character to the bathroom, while the rainfall head gives guests an uncomplicated shower experience. The fixture has been solid; communication was the weaker part.

3 of 5 Delay Found Comfort Friday, October 10, 2003
Reviewer: Serena McGrath from Hoboken, NJ
Finding out after purchase that the item was backordered wasn't pleasant, especially since the availability wasn't clear when the order was placed. A proactive notification would have helped. Once the Milan finally arrived, though, I was pleased I hadn't canceled. The antique brass finish has plenty of character and the rainfall setup looks elegant without being oversized.
