4 of 5 Delay Met Precision Tuesday, July 21, 2026
Reviewer: Whitney McAllister from Aurora, IL
A shipping delay pushed installation into the following week and required us to reschedule the contractor. That was disappointing for a product intended for a time-sensitive suite renovation. The completed Milan installation looks excellent, though. Antique brass provides the distinctive finish we wanted, and the rainfall setup feels appropriate for an upgraded hotel bathroom. Product presentation is definitely stronger than the delivery experience.

2 of 5 Concern Met Sophistication Sunday, February 10, 2008
Reviewer: Lillian Ballard from Roswell, NM
The initial communication was helpful, but things became noticeably slower after the purchase. A promised follow-up didn't happen and I eventually had to initiate contact again. That's where this order lost points. Once received, however, the Milan made a strong impression. The antique brass finish looks refined and gives the shower a classic character that was exactly what I wanted.
