    Correcting the delivery information required more back-and-forth with customer service than such a simple request should have needed. Fortunately, the Milan kitchen/bar faucet has been straightforward in everyday use. The chrome surface keeps the installation looking crisp, the brass construction feels substantial in hand, and its proportions work particularly well at our secondary bar sink where a larger kitchen fixture would have looked excessive.

    This wasn't purchased for a guest bathroom at all. I needed a faucet for the bar area during a hospitality refurbishment, and I expected it to be one of the simplest items on the order list. Somehow, getting a clear status update still required more effort than it deserved. The Milan faucet itself has been a solid choice. Its chrome finish looks clean behind the bar, the design doesn't compete with the surrounding finishes, and the completed station now has the professional appearance I wanted.
