Confirming the shipping timeline took several contacts, and I would have preferred proactive updates instead. The Napoli itself has been pleasantly straightforward. Chrome keeps the bathroom looking bright and coordinates easily with other fixtures, while the rain shower provides comfortable coverage without complicated operation. For our hotel bathrooms, that balance between appearance and guest-friendly functionality has worked well.

5 of 5 Water flow remained controlled Sunday, July 19, 2026
Reviewer: Keaton Brooks, Specialist from Columbia, MO
Startup behavior became the primary focus because hydraulic regulation is often most noticeable during the first moments of operation. Initial activation produced a brief fluctuation before the rainfall pattern settled into a consistent flow. Inspection showed the balancing mechanism only required a small adjustment to stabilize water delivery across the showerhead. Once optimized, each startup sequence produced the same even rainfall performance without recurring variation. Continued operation confirmed dependable hydraulic regulation, allowing the chrome rain bath shower system to maintain consistent spray coverage throughout extended residential testing.

The shower set is exactly what I wanted for the bathroom.  not very lavish not would it pass for a luxury shower set, but it does have  own charm and looks pretty good, too. was not sure about the finish though, I wanted something more along the lines of gold or bronze, but this one works just fine for me.

Tracking wasn't provided until much later than expected, so for a while I had very little idea where the order actually stood. More proactive communication after purchase would have been appreciated. Thankfully, the Napoli shower set itself is easy to like. Chrome gives it a bright, crisp appearance, and the 8-inch rain shower looks nicely proportioned rather than excessively large.
