We upgraded several executive-office and hospitality restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 after earlier brushed-gold touchless faucets repeatedly developed false triggering near reflective surfaces, unstable infrared activation, and inconsistent stream interruption during continuous commercial usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained substantially steadier operational consistency than previous decorative sensor fixtures operating in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions and changing restroom lighting exposure that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also observed fewer interruption-related servicing requests following installation. One reflective sink application required slight sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly dependable overall.

Excellent design, and flawless touchless operation. These touchless faucets works as expected, bought this Napoli luxury Sensor faucet for my business restrooms and so far those sets have worked great. It's much better than a manual one. The sensor is very sensitive and easy to operate. I definitely recommend.
