Champagne can easily become overly decorative, but Napoli keeps the warmer metallic finish within a clean touchless form that should work comfortably in premium hospitality interiors. The softer tone is particularly useful when bright gold would compete with marble, warm stone, or understated lighting. From a user's perspective, the more important quality is still effortless activation; the faucet should respond naturally without making the sensor itself part of the experience. Champagne finishes also benefit from consistent housekeeping products, so I would establish the approved cleaning method before the property opens rather than after surface problems appear. This is a good example of technology supporting an upscale material palette without forcing the restroom to look overtly technical or institutional.

About a month after opening, I asked our cleaning supervisor what she thought of these. Her answer was basically that they work well but the matte black surface needs the right cleaning routine. That's been our experience too. The faucet itself has been dependable and the dark finish looks excellent against the lighter counters. I just wouldn't assume matte black means you can ignore water residue. Functionally good, but it requires a bit more attention than expected.
