3 of 5 Miscommunication Met Elegance Tuesday, August 11, 2026
Reviewer: Simon Fletcher from San Bernardino, CA
Order information was not as clear as expected, and I had to contact the company to confirm where things stood. The Rio faucet was thankfully much more convincing in person. The brass body has a substantial feel, while the double handles provide straightforward temperature adjustment. Its height works particularly well with our vessel basin, and the finished installation looks appropriately upscale without being difficult for guests to operate.

2 of 5 Setback Met Performance Saturday, April 26, 2008
Reviewer: Harrison Swanson from Kalamazoo, MI
Pairing faucets with vessel basins can be surprisingly unforgiving, so I wanted dimensions confirmed before approving these for a boutique project. Responses weren't as prompt as they should have been, leaving the millwork team waiting longer than necessary. Installed, the Rio looks properly proportioned with the basin. The brass construction and double-handle arrangement give the vanity a substantial feel, and I'm pleased we didn't substitute something more generic.
