How should the OLED temperature display be verified during initial commissioning?
Operate the faucet through several temperature settings between 25°C and 45°C and compare the displayed value with water measured using a calibrated thermometer. Allow the outlet temperature to stabilize before recording each result and investigate unstable supply pressure if readings vary beyond the stated ±1°C control accuracy.
What should be checked if the stored temperature setting is not retained?
Confirm that electrical power remains stable between operating cycles and that the touch-control panel completes each command without interruption. Repeated loss of the previous temperature setting may indicate unstable power, a loose control connection, or an incomplete shutdown sequence rather than a hydraulic fault.
How should hot and cold supplies be prepared for stable electronic temperature control?
Flush both supply branches independently, inspect the inlet passages, fully open the service stops, and verify balanced dynamic pressure while the faucet is running. Restricted hoses, construction debris, or unequal hot and cold pressure can slow temperature response and reduce the usable adjustment range.
How should the Gold body and black OLED panel be cleaned safely?
Wipe the faucet and control surface with a soft damp microfiber cloth, then dry them immediately. Use diluted pH-neutral soap only and avoid abrasive pads, acidic descalers, bleach, ammonia, steel wool, metal polish, and concentrated alcohol-based cleaners that may damage the Gold finish or OLED panel.
