FontanaAquaVogue™ Oil Rubbed Bronze Smart Touch LED Faucet FAQ
OLED Temperature Calibration, Supply-Pressure Stability; Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish Protection
The FontanaAquaVogue™ Oil Rubbed Bronze smart faucet combines premium brass construction, single-hole deck mounting, an OLED touch-control panel, adjustable 25–45°C water temperature, built-in overheating protection, and reliable operation across a 0.05–0.6 MPa water-pressure range.
How should the OLED temperature control be verified during commissioning?
Operate the touch panel through several settings between 25°C and 45°C and compare the displayed temperature with water measured using a calibrated thermometer. Allow the outlet temperature to stabilize at each setting and investigate supply-pressure imbalance, restricted inlets, or unstable power if the measured value does not track the display consistently.
What can cause slow or unstable temperature adjustment?
Unequal hot and cold dynamic pressure, partially closed service stops, restricted supply hoses, trapped air, or construction debris can slow the mixing response. Flush both branches independently and verify balanced pressure while water is flowing before diagnosing the electronic temperature-control components.
How should the overheating protection be checked after installation?
Increase the selected temperature gradually while monitoring both the OLED display and the measured outlet temperature. The faucet should remain within its intended 25–45°C range without uncontrolled temperature rise. Abnormal heating requires inspection of the temperature sensor, supply arrangement, control wiring, and internal mixing assembly.
How should the Oil Rubbed Bronze body and OLED panel be cleaned safely?
Wipe the faucet and control surface with a soft damp microfiber cloth, then dry both immediately. Use diluted pH-neutral soap only and avoid abrasive pads, acidic descalers, bleach, ammonia, steel wool, metal polish, alcohol-heavy cleaners, and concentrated disinfectants that may alter the bronze finish or damage the display surface.
