The package took longer to reach us than expected, and there was very little proactive communication during the delay. The Sierra shower head itself has been worth the inconvenience. At 20 inches, the rainfall surface provides broad overhead coverage that feels considerably different from a conventional shower head. Brushed nickel gives it a restrained architectural appearance, and it suits the larger walk-in shower where we installed it particularly well.

A 20-inch rainfall head sounded excessive to the facilities manager, and installation questions during the first room gave him another reason to complain about my specification. His opinion improved considerably after testing it. The Sierra provides broad overhead coverage that feels noticeably different from an ordinary hotel shower, while brushed nickel prevents such a large fixture from looking overly showy. The first installation was frustrating; the finished shower feels properly premium.
