3 of 5 Delay Met Simplicity Saturday, August 22, 2026
Reviewer: Ross Coleman from Yonkers, NY
The order status remained unclear for several days, and customer service initially could not give me a definite shipping update. Product performance has been far less problematic. The Sierra handheld sprayer is convenient for targeted rinsing, and brushed nickel blends naturally with the fixtures already installed in our guest bathroom. The finish is understated, the handling feels comfortable, and everyday operation has been straightforward.

2 of 5 Friction Found Refinement Sunday, December 4, 2005
Reviewer: Theodore Phelps from St. Cloud, MN
Housekeeping actually requested handheld sprayers during the refurbishment, so these weren't added purely for guest appeal. Order communication left plenty of room for improvement, particularly when the expected timing became unclear. Since installation, the Sierra has been a sensible operational upgrade. Brushed nickel blends with the rest of the bathroom hardware, and the handheld format is useful without introducing a visually intrusive fixture.
