3 of 5 Silence Found Function Saturday, August 1, 2026
Reviewer: Isabel Hayes from Tempe, AZ
A promised callback regarding availability never came, leaving me to contact the company again for confirmation. Once the Verona arrived, the actual product experience was considerably better. The concealed installation reduces visible hardware, and the chrome surface gives the shower a polished contemporary appearance. Everything looks neatly integrated after installation, which was important for the minimalist bathroom concept used across our suites.

3 of 5 Concern Found Quality Saturday, November 26, 2005
Reviewer: Vivian Sinclair from Carson City, NV
Different representatives gave different explanations about the order, which left me unsure which information was actually correct. Customer service needs more consistency in situations like this. Fortunately, there was no similar uncertainty about the product once it arrived. The Verona's chrome finish looks excellent in person, and the concealed design gives the shower a much cleaner appearance.
