    Getting the order to the installation stage required more patience than expected because delivery information remained inconsistent. The silver Verona panel has redeemed much of that experience. Thermostatic control is the feature I appreciate most because temperature adjustment feels predictable from one shower to the next. The silver finish also keeps the larger panel looking clean and contemporary rather than visually heavy.

    Opening day was getting uncomfortably close when the first Verona panel still wasn't ready for sign-off. Commissioning took longer than planned and the support process didn't move at the pace the project demanded. That's difficult to overlook from an operations perspective. Since opening, however, the silver thermostatic panel has been a positive guest-room feature. The finish looks crisp and contemporary, while the thermostatic functionality gives the shower the controlled, premium experience intended for these upgraded rooms.
