4 of 5 Uncertainty Found Purpose Tuesday, August 11, 2026
Reviewer: Nicholas Camden from Providence, RI
Correcting the shipping information required more communication than expected, which was frustrating during a busy renovation. Installation of the Winslow was a much more positive experience. The round rainfall head has a clean profile, water distribution feels comfortable, and guests do not need instructions to understand the shower. For hospitality use, that simplicity is valuable even though the ordering process could have been smoother.

2 of 5 Delay Turned Confidence Thursday, February 28, 2008
Reviewer: Delaney Armstrong from Bellevue, NE
First the delivery estimate changed, then it changed again, with very little communication explaining why. Having to keep checking the order status made the purchase unnecessarily stressful. Once the Winslow finally arrived, the disappointment shifted in the other direction. The round rainfall head has a refined appearance and gives the shower a noticeably more premium look.
