How should the rainfall and handheld supply paths be flushed before commissioning?
Remove the rainfall outlet and handheld shower before opening the supplies, then flush both branches until pipe scale, solder residue, thread sealant, and construction sediment are completely cleared. Debris left inside the system can restrict individual spray outlets or interfere with diverter operation.
How should the dual controls be balanced for stable temperature and flow?
Open the hot and cold supplies gradually and test the mixer under dynamic operating pressure. Confirm that both handles move smoothly through their intended ranges and that temperature remains stable while changing flow. Abrupt temperature movement may indicate unequal supply pressure or a restricted inlet.
What should be checked if the two-way diverter does not fully isolate one outlet?
Operate the diverter through both positions several times and inspect for debris, incomplete handle travel, or incorrect internal alignment. Water should transfer cleanly between the rainfall head and handheld shower without continuous cross-flow from the inactive outlet.
How should the polished Chrome finish be cleaned without creating haze or scratches?
Rinse away soap residue and dry the exposed surfaces with a soft microfiber cloth. Use diluted pH-neutral soap only and avoid acidic descalers, abrasive pads, bleach, ammonia, steel wool, polishing powders, and concentrated cleaning chemicals that may damage the reflective plating.
