FontanaAquaZen™ Matte White LED Shower System FAQ
Thermostatic Stability, Multi-Function Commissioning; Matte White Surface Protection
The FontanaAquaZen™ Matte White LED shower system combines a 23.6-by-31.5-inch recessed ceiling panel, brass and stainless-steel construction, thermostatic hot-and-cold control, integrated LED lighting, and rainfall, waterfall, SPA mist, and handheld water-delivery functions.
How should the recessed ceiling structure be prepared before installing the shower panel?
Coordinate the 600-by-800 mm ceiling opening, structural support, waterproofing, hot-and-cold supplies, drainage capacity, electrical routing, and future service access before closing the ceiling. The panel should be level and independently supported rather than suspended from supply piping.
How should the thermostatic control be commissioned for stable outlet temperature?
Flush the hot and cold branches independently, inspect the inlet filters, and verify balanced dynamic pressure before operating the mixer. Test the selected outlet temperature with a calibrated thermometer while switching among shower functions to confirm that temperature remains stable under changing flow demand.
What should be checked if rainfall, waterfall, or SPA mist output becomes uneven?
Inspect the active outlet for construction debris, mineral restriction, trapped air, or insufficient branch pressure. Confirm full diverter travel and flush each function separately before servicing the internal valve, because restricted spray passages can reduce distribution across the large ceiling panel.
How should the Matte White finish and digital control surface be cleaned safely?
Wipe exposed components with a soft damp microfiber cloth and dry them immediately. Use diluted pH-neutral soap only and avoid abrasive pads, acidic descalers, bleach, ammonia, steel wool, polishing compounds, and alcohol-heavy cleaners that may discolor the Matte White coating or damage the control surface.
