We weren't sure how guests would react to the dual-control setup, especially since most of our other touchless faucets are much simpler. There was a short learning curve, but it hasn't turned into the issue I expected. The rose gold finish gets plenty of compliments and gives the restroom a more custom appearance. Housekeeping has to treat the surface carefully, which is fair. Overall, it has been a good fit for a higher-end hospitality setting.

No Needless Fuss

Orris combines rose-gold styling with dual control, giving the faucet more flexibility than a straightforward automatic model. That added control is useful only when the interface remains obvious; nobody should need instructions simply to wash their hands. I would therefore judge the completed installation by how quickly a first-time visitor understands it rather than by the number of available functions. Rose gold gives the fixture a strong hospitality character, particularly against pale stone and warm neutral surfaces, but matching nearby metallic hardware deserves attention because small color differences become obvious at close range. If the controls remain intuitive and the finish palette is coordinated carefully, Orris offers extra capability without allowing the technology to overwhelm the basic handwashing experience.

Minimal Temperature Complaints

Following several hospitality restroom modernization projects completed between 2021 and 2024 where older rose-gold dual-control sensor faucets repeatedly suffered from uneven temperature balance, unstable infrared response, and delayed shutoff timing during repeated guest usage, we transitioned multiple suites to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained substantially stronger than previous decorative thermostatic fixtures maintained in comparable luxury environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions and reflective sink exposure that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother hot-and-cold regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed noticeably fewer interruption-related servicing requests after installation. One reflective countertop setup required slight sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly reliable overall.
