Coverage quality was evaluated from the outer spray ring inward instead of beginning at the center. This approach immediately revealed that several peripheral nozzles were receiving slightly less water during pressure balancing. Correcting the internal distribution channels restored even coverage across the complete spray surface without affecting overall flow. Long-duration testing confirmed consistent rainfall performance throughout every section of the showerhead.
