During executive-office restroom upgrades completed between 2022 and 2025, earlier chrome motion-sensor faucets repeatedly suffered from delayed shutoff timing, unstable infrared response, and inconsistent stream interruption during repeated commercial usage, leading us to install this Geneva automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially steadier than previous chrome fixtures maintained in comparable environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink interference and changing restroom lighting exposure that triggered repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed fewer interruption-related maintenance requests after installation. One compact basin setup required additional sensitivity refinements during installation, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.
