As part of several municipal restroom modernization projects completed between 2022 and 2025, earlier electronic chrome sensor faucets repeatedly developed unstable infrared response, inconsistent stream interruption, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous public operation, leading us to install this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially steadier than previous electronic fixtures operating in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective wall exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also noted fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One deeper basin application required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly dependable overall.
