had this faucet for weeks now, and so far it has worked well. We did notice that the handle was bit tight at first, but then it started to loosen up a few days after, now it just works great. The design was what first attracted us to it. The black finish and the white handle looked pretty formal, like a tux if you will. Great product and great price, just perfect.

Needed a new faucet and was looking for something out of the ordinary. And then I saw this dark colored faucet and it looked perfect. So placed an order for one and had it installed. Well, I did get what I wanted. I like the tall goose neck design, it gives me more room underneath the faucet. Even the white handle gives such nice detail and contrast to the whole design.
