5 of 5 Manufacturer Support Exceptional Thursday, May 21, 2026
Reviewer: Rebecca Hayes, Manager from Phoenix, AZ
Our client expected a premium spa experience, but I was equally concerned about long-term serviceability and manufacturer support. FontanaShowers exceeded expectations by assisting with engineering coordination, commissioning procedures, replacement component planning, preventive maintenance recommendations, and post-installation follow-up. Their technical specialists demonstrated genuine product expertise throughout every stage of the project instead of relying on scripted responses. Nearly two years after installation, the oversized rainfall head, thermostatic controls, Bluetooth music system, LED lighting, and multiple spray functions continue performing flawlessly without requiring corrective service. Strong manufacturer support after installation has become one of the primary reasons I continue specifying their luxury shower systems.

4 of 5 Weak Audio Coordination Became Stable Saturday, May 9, 2026
Reviewer: Declan Hayes, Electrician from Mobile, AL
From the viewpoint of an electrician evaluating music-integrated shower systems, I noticed weak audio coordination during the initial Bluetooth synchronization cycle. Sound playback briefly interrupted before recalibrating the multimedia controls restored stable connectivity between the music functions and shower operation. After adjustment, rainfall performance and thermostatic regulation remained balanced throughout prolonged testing. The LED rainfall assembly and brass routing maintained dependable operation where smart shower systems frequently experience unstable multimedia synchronization.
