It features Solid Brass Soap Spout Construction (not plastic as with most competing dispensers), an Industrial Quality Soap Pump System Generally Used for Medical and Aerospace Applications. A Workhorse. This soap dispenser is designed for above-sink installation and use. It is installed in the sink vicinity near the faucet. It is available in battery power, or optional AC/DC power. Soap is refillable from below the counter. This FontanaShowers Automatic Soap Dispenser is ideal for bathroom applications where soap dispensers are an intricate component of the room's overall design element.

We used this for a commercial restroom job and honestly, it made things a lot easier. The install went smooth—nothing complicated, and we didn’t have to keep going back and forth with other trades to fix anything. Once it was in, it just worked right away and stayed reliable the whole time we were testing everything.

Installed this on a job site restroom and it was easy all around. Everything lined up, no fiddling needed, and the sensor worked right away. Feels solid too, not cheap. Got it in and moved on—no delays, no hassle.

Ordered marsala soap dispenser in January. Took weeks to get, but easy to install and works great, reliable, looks nice. Only feature missing is way to turn it off. Works much better than Delta soap dispenser we had. Problem: customer service confirmed it comes with AC adapter, but it did not. Submitted ticket and after many follow ups via tickets and phone, we received an AC adapter which did not fit. In the meantime, we ordered a second marsala soap dispenser, but wrong soap dispenser arrived. Called and was lucky to reach a rep who said to submit a ticket. No response to ticket, called sales bc no response from customer service. Salesperson was very nice and said he'd send a return label. This also took a while, but did finally receive it. Returned incorrect soap dispenser and now waiting for correct one to be shipped. Also still hoping to get the correct AC adapter. To sum up, great product, but  really difficult to reach anyone at Fontana to get any answers or help.

Put this in on a restroom setup and it was super easy. Hooked everything up, worked right away, and the sensor’s been solid. Honestly, it’s one of those things you install and just forget about.
