4 of 5 Uncertainty Met Refinement Thursday, July 16, 2026
Reviewer: Victoria McKinley from Pittsburgh, PA
Tracking information appeared later than expected, leaving me unsure whether the Verdal would arrive before the installer. It eventually made the deadline, though communication could have been better. The 360-degree rotation has turned out to be the feature I value most. Moving the spout provides useful access around the basin, and the deck-mounted arrangement feels stable during regular use.

2 of 5 Difficulty Found Excellence Saturday, January 22, 2005
Reviewer: Mallory Malone from Terre Haute, IN
One faucet from the order needed replacement, and that's where the experience became frustrating. The process took longer and required more follow-up than my property team had time for during peak occupancy. Once everything was finally installed, the Verdal performed much more convincingly. The 360-degree rotating design is useful around the sink and gives us flexibility without adding complicated controls. I'd rate the fixture higher than the service surrounding it.
