Preconstruction coordination mattered more than expected with this oil-rubbed bronze specification. Because the fixture became a visible focal point around the tub, supply positioning and finished-floor conditions had little tolerance for casual adjustment later. The contractor resolved those details before waterproofing and avoided rework during final installation. Once complete, the bronze treatment suited the traditional guest suites exceptionally well. Three stars reflects the additional planning demanded upfront, not dissatisfaction with the completed fixture or its day-to-day operation.
