Their engineering specialists carefully reviewed installation sequencing, concealed valve adjustment, maintenance planning, replacement component availability, and technical documentation before startup. Whenever our installers required clarification, both phone and email support provided prompt, technically detailed answers that resolved issues immediately. The follow-up after commissioning confirmed every operating function had been successfully verified before owner occupancy. Nearly twenty-four months later, the recessed rainfall system, thermostatic controls, body sprays, and concealed plumbing continue operating reliably with virtually no maintenance-related callbacks.
