White stone, pale walls, and brushed hardware were making the restroom feel a little flat, so the matte black Verona was introduced mainly to give the vanity some contrast. That small change worked remarkably well. Facilities initially worried about maintaining the dark surface, but normal scheduled cleaning has been enough for our traffic level. I wouldn't describe matte black as maintenance-free, yet it hasn't become a burden either. The stronger architectural contrast was worth choosing something less conventional.

Matte black gives Verona an assertive architectural presence, while the rectangular blue crystal handles prevent the composition from feeling overly severe. The brass body, ceramic valve core, three-hole deck mounting, and separate hot-and-cold controls provide a conventional service foundation beneath the decorative treatment. I particularly like the 6.8-inch spout reach because basin selection can be coordinated around a meaningful projection rather than appearance alone. With a widespread arrangement, accurate drilling and consistent handle spacing are critical; even minor misalignment becomes obvious against a clean countertop. Mineral residue will also contrast strongly with the dark surface, making routine non-abrasive cleaning worthwhile. For a contemporary hospitality vanity, the combination offers visual drama without sacrificing understandable plumbing architecture.
