Correcting the shipping information required repeated contact, which felt excessive for a relatively simple change. Once delivered, however, the faucet suited our renovation beautifully. The antique-inspired detailing gives the sink an established character, while the rotating spout prevents the design from feeling purely ornamental. Deck mounting also provided a straightforward fit for the countertop configuration we already had.

Receiving called because the carton didn't inspire much confidence when it came off the truck. I expected another return headache, but inspection showed the faucet itself was fine. That was a relief because finding antique-style fixtures that don't look out of place in our historic rooms has been surprisingly difficult. The deck-mounted design feels appropriate, and the rotatable spout adds practicality that some traditional-looking faucets lack.
