The Bravat FS9539 combines infrared touchless control, single-hole
deck mounting, ceramic internals, and AC/DC operation for commercial washrooms.
What should be checked before connecting the sensor faucet to the water supply?
Flush the supply line into a container for approximately one minute
before making the final connection. This removes construction debris
that could enter the valve or restrict the water path. After connecting
the G1/2-inch supply components, pressurize the installation and inspect
every joint for leakage before normal sensor operation begins.
Why must the flexible connection hose maintain a smooth routing path?
Sharp bends, twisting, or kinking can restrict the hydraulic path
between the control box and faucet. Route the flexible hose with
gradual bends and sufficient clearance from the trap, cabinet structure,
and mounting hardware. Correct routing protects flow performance and
reduces mechanical stress on the hose connections.
Which under-counter components need permanent service clearance?
Maintain access to the control box, supply elbow, sensor data cable,
flexible hose, power connections, and isolation point. Coordinating
these components before countertop installation prevents conflicts
with waste piping and allows future inspection or component replacement
without removing the faucet from the finished deck.
When should operation be tested across the 0.12–0.8 MPa pressure range?
Final commissioning should occur under the building's actual dynamic
operating pressure. Repeatedly activate the infrared sensor and confirm
stable discharge, positive valve closure, leak-free connections, and
consistent response. Testing under realistic pressure is particularly
important where multiple commercial fixtures operate simultaneously.
