First, I must say that the delivery was a day late. Not sure what happened there, but thankfully just one day. Anyhow, I inspected it for damage as was worried that the package was mishandled, but not, and I can say that this looks just as solid as any other good quality faucet I seen so far. was able to install this one easily, being a DIY weekend warrior myself, and so far been working great.
