Chatue Commercial Temperature Control Automatic Sensor Faucet FAQ
12–15 cm Adjustable Detection, 1.8 GPM Flow;
AC/DC Power & Temperature-Control Integration
The Chatue FS-D512DC-B combines automatic sensor control,
solid-brass construction, dual AC/DC power, and integrated
hot-cold temperature management.
How should the 12–15 cm sensing zone be commissioned?
Complete sensor adjustment after the basin, countertop, mirror,
lighting, and nearby accessories are installed. Test repeated hand
entry across the 12–15 cm detection zone and confirm activation in
less than approximately one second. Reduce unnecessary sensing range
if reflective surfaces create false triggering.
How should the temperature-control system be balanced?
Flush the hot and cold supply branches independently before final
connection. Establish the required mixed-water temperature under
normal operating pressure and verify stability through repeated
sensor cycles. Any temperature drift should prompt inspection of
supply pressure balance, mixing adjustment, or flow restriction.
How should the 1.8 GPM flow and 0.3–1.2 MPa pressure range be verified?
Commission the faucet under the site's normal dynamic pressure and
confirm stable 1.8 GPM discharge. The specified working range is
approximately 0.3–1.2 MPa. Inspect G1/2-inch inlet and outlet
connections for restriction, leakage, valve chatter, or unstable
flow before final turnover.
How should AC/DC power and motor-valve service life be maintained?
Maintain accessible service space for the AC supply, DC 6V battery
compartment, controller, sensor wiring, and motor valve. The battery
system uses four AA alkaline cells and is rated for approximately
100,000 cycles, while the motor valve is specified for up to
approximately 500,000 operating cycles.
