Complete infrared sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop, backsplash, mirror, and surrounding accessories are fully installed. Verify reliable activation across the intended sensing area and adjust the detection distance within the supported range where basin geometry or nearby reflective surfaces require refinement.

◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +

Flush the hot and cold supply lines before final connection, confirm secure fittings, and inspect the water path for construction debris. The control box and supply assembly should remain accessible below the deck for commissioning and future service.

◯ Sensor Detection Range? +

The Florenza FS6108 series provides an adjustable sensing range of approximately 6.2 to 12.4 inches. Commission the sensor after the complete washstation is installed so the selected range corresponds to the actual hand-washing zone without producing false activation.
