A promised shipping update never arrived, so I eventually checked the status myself. Thankfully, the bathtub faucet has been far easier to live with. Hot-and-cold adjustment is straightforward, the classic styling suits our guest suite, and operation feels reassuringly conventional. Nothing about it requires explanation for guests, which is an advantage when specifying fixtures for rooms used by many different people.

Order processing took longer than advertised and there weren't enough updates explaining what was causing the wait. That made the post-purchase experience less reassuring than expected. The faucet itself turned things around once received. Its classic design looks elegant around the bathtub, and the hot-and-cold setup gives the finished installation a timeless appearance.
