    Customer service initially gave me a different delivery estimate from the one shown with the order, which made planning difficult. The actual faucet has restored much of my confidence in the purchase. Temperature adjustment feels straightforward through the hot-and-cold controls, and the classic styling blends naturally into our bathtub setting. I would have rated it higher with more consistent communication before delivery.

    I spent far too much time chasing updates on what should have been a straightforward order. Communication after the sale wasn't nearly as responsive as it had been beforehand. The actual faucet fortunately ended the experience on a better note.
