easy-service nozzles, an adjustable swivel joint, and a standard
1/2-inch NPT connection for wall- or ceiling-arm installation.
What flushing procedure should be completed before attaching the shower head?
Remove the temporary branch cap and flush the open shower-arm
connection until pipe scale, solder residue, sealing compound,
construction sediment, and other installation debris have been
completely discharged from the waterway.
How should the 1/2-inch NPT connection be tightened without damaging the champagne finish?
Apply approved thread sealant sparingly to the male shower-arm
threads and tighten through the inlet connection with protected
tools. Do not grip the finished rim, spray plate, or swivel body,
and do not transfer installation torque through the nozzle face.
How should the specified 1.75 GPM flow rate be verified during commissioning?
Stabilize the system at normal dynamic pressure, purge entrained
air, and complete a timed volumetric collection test. Low measured
output may indicate branch pressure loss, inlet restriction,
construction debris, mineral buildup, or obstruction at the
internal flow-control passage.
What confirms uniform performance across the Master Clean nozzle field?
Confirm even rainfall distribution across the complete 9.87-inch
spray face without inactive nozzles, weak perimeter zones,
pulsing, or concentrated directional jets. Restricted nozzles
should be gently wiped, flushed, and retested before final
