Admittedly, I thought the FlowOpalus was an unnecessary upgrade when the architect first presented it. The completed legal-office renovation changed my view. Brushed gold gives the client washrooms warmth without the highly reflective character that concerned facilities, and the crystal detailing is restrained enough for a professional environment. Months later, operations hasn't asked us to reconsider the selection. When a design-focused product survives both executive scrutiny and routine building management, I'm willing to admit the architect made the stronger call.
