The strongest argument for this thermostatic sensor faucet is the amount of published operating information available for specification. Fontana documents adjustable 1632 cm detection, opening in under one second, closing within two seconds, AC or four-AA battery power, G1/2 connections, 0.10.7 MPa working pressure, 1.3 GPM flow, and a motor valve rated for as many as 500,000 cycles. The stated temperature adjustment extends from 060C, so project-specific safe-temperature requirements still need to govern commissioning rather than relying on the faucet's maximum range. Solid-brass construction and the gold treatment provide the architectural side of the specification. For commercial installations where temperature control matters, the combination of defined sensor performance and accessible thermostatic adjustment gives the design credible technical substance.
