adjustable infrared sensing, dual AC/DC power, and rapid
automatic valve control.
How should the 17–30 cm sensing zone be calibrated for a tall faucet?
Complete calibration after the vessel basin, countertop, mirror,
and surrounding accessories are installed. Test hand entry throughout
the adjustable 17–30 cm zone and verify activation within approximately
0.5 second. Reduce unnecessary sensing distance if the elevated basin,
reflective surfaces, or nearby objects create false triggering.
How should the 4–6 L/min flow be coordinated with a vessel basin?
Verify the discharge stream at the specified operating condition of
approximately 0.3 MPa. Because the tall outlet increases vertical
distance to the basin, confirm that 4–6 L/min delivery strikes the
central bowl area without excessive splash. Basin depth, faucet setback,
and outlet alignment should be evaluated together.
How should the rapid valve response be tested during commissioning?
Perform repeated hand-entry and withdrawal cycles while monitoring
valve timing. The sensor system is specified to open in less than
approximately 0.5 second and close within approximately 1 second.
Delayed closure should prompt inspection of the sensor field,
motor valve, supply pressure, and internal water path.
What service provisions are required for the AC/DC power system?
Maintain accessible service space for the AC 220–240V supply,
DC 6V battery pack, sensor cable, and motor valve. The battery system
uses four AA alkaline cells and is rated for approximately 100,000
cycles, while the motor valve is specified for up to approximately
500,000 cycles. Verify both power paths before turnover.
