Uncertainty Met Function	Saturday, August 22, 2026
Reviewer: Olivia Fletcher from Lubbock, TX

Reaching someone who could answer my installation-related question took more effort than expected, and I was transferred before getting useful information. In daily use, the Milan sensor faucet has been considerably more convenient. Hands-free activation is particularly useful when handling food, while access to hot and cold water makes it much more versatile than a basic sensor fixture.

Trouble Found Craftsmanship	Monday, May 16, 2005
Reviewer: Penelope Hines from Lake Charles, LA

I was skeptical about adding another sensor-controlled fixture because anything electronic eventually becomes the facilities department's responsibility. Getting answers to a couple of technical questions wasn't particularly reassuring either. Interestingly, the maintenance supervisor became more positive after the Milan was installed. Hands-free activation is useful in the shared service area, and having hot and cold water capability makes the faucet considerably more versatile than the basic automatic units we've used before.
