4 of 5 Sensor Drift Eliminated Thursday, May 21, 2026
Reviewer: Noah Simmons, Operations Consultant from Fort Collins, CO
After extensive daily use inside a transportation facility, infrared performance remains identical to the original commissioning measurements. Routine maintenance inspections have found no measurable sensor drift, greatly reducing calibration requirements and improving long-term operational confidence.

5 of 5 Reduced Infrared Interruptions Thursday, April 16, 2026
Reviewer: Finley Hollowell, Infrastructure Advisor from Astoria, OR
Renovating multiple executive-office restroom environments between 2022 and 2025 exposed recurring issues with earlier infrared commercial faucets repeatedly suffering from unstable sensor activation, inconsistent stream interruption, and delayed shutoff timing during repeated commercial usage, prompting us to transition to this Milan automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous chrome infrared fixtures operating in comparable environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective countertop interference and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that triggered repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also reported fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One compact basin configuration required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly dependable overall.

5 of 5 Excellent product and service Wednesday, February 1, 2023
Reviewer: Davide Macullo Architects from Greensboro, NC
The best aspect of this faucet would be the sensor. had sensor faucets before this, and so far, this has behaved significantly better than those. All six of these that we have are in fine functioning order. The purchase also went without a hitch. Our questions were politely answered by the sales representative, and the delivery was made on schedule. We advise Fontana Showers in addition to this sensor faucet.
