    Getting a useful response about the changing delivery date required more effort than I expected. Fortunately, there has been little to complain about since installation. The Milan faucet feels solid during operation, and chrome was an easy match for the existing sink and surrounding appliances. It has handled regular kitchen use comfortably, making the initial service difficulty less significant over time.

    Order processing took considerably longer than I expected, and there wasn't much communication explaining the wait. For a straightforward purchase, the experience required more patience than it should have. The chrome Milan faucet fortunately left a better final impression. It looks clean and polished, coordinates easily with the surrounding fixtures, and has the solid feel I was hoping for.
