In all fairness, the faucet itself is great. I love the design and the finish and this was just as I expected it to be. The price was reasonable, at least to my way of thinking, that is.  So why isn't this thing getting a perfect five star rating from me? Well, first off, the delivery is pretty slow. I expected this to come during the weekends but it did not. It arrived one week later. Then  the sales rep. I called to follow up my order and they weren't very helpful.
