Nobody provided the shipping update I expected, so eventually I contacted the company to find out where things stood. That communication gap cost the purchase a star. The Modena itself has been excellent for our bathroom. Chrome gives it a crisp, uncomplicated appearance, the proportions work nicely with the basin, and cleaning around the fixture has remained relatively straightforward.
