The Fontana Laveno™ Collection Chrome Automatic Infrared Sensor Faucet is all about accuracy that comes with intelligent design and advanced performance. A solid brass structure with polished surface gives a mirror-like brilliance which is appropriate for both professional and upscale spaces. When the state-of-the-art infrared detection is used, the faucet turns on immediately when the user comes near, which means no touching, and thus, maximum hygiene and efficient water use.
The sleek deck-mounted structure makes it easier to hide and fit into the modern interiors while it still has a minimalist appeal and it is also the most practical. The ceramic valve core is the source of quiet endurance and it prevents leaking while at the same time ensuring continuous supply regardless of the pressure changes. It is built for a long life with the triple-layer plating chrome, and base metal, being the major factor that provides incredible resistance to corrosion and tarnish. The faucet is equipped with facilities for both hot and cold water and thus it works smoothly in the most diverse applications. FontanaShowers combines innovation, style, and sustainability in the most convenient way possible through the perfect automation and the classic craftsmanship.

Fontana Laveno Touchless Faucet FAQs
Contemporary commercial automatic infrared sensor faucet with
solid brass construction, ceramic valve control, single-hole
deck mounting, hot and cold water compatibility, and precision
hands-free activation for commercial and luxury washrooms.
✥ Sensor Commissioning Procedure? +
Complete infrared sensor commissioning after the basin,
countertop, backsplash, mirror, lighting, soap dispenser,
and surrounding accessories are fully installed. Verify
dependable activation from normal hand-entry positions and
confirm nearby reflective surfaces do not cause unintended
triggering.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the hot and cold water supplies before final
connection, inspect the plumbing path for construction
debris, verify service stops are fully open, and confirm
stable dynamic pressure before commissioning the automatic
sensor and valve assembly.
◯ Spout and Basin Coordination? +
The Laveno provides approximately 4.57 inches
of spout height and 6.65 inches of spout length with a
2.64-inch base width. Coordinate the mounting position
with basin geometry and drain location to maintain comfortable
hand clearance and reduce splash.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor detection area and remove
stationary or reflective objects from its sensing field.
Verify stable power and inspect the ceramic valve and
internal water path for sediment, mineral buildup, or
incomplete closure if automatic shutoff becomes inconsistent.
⌁ Operating Water Pressure? +
The live Laveno specification lists an operating
water-pressure range of approximately 0.1–1.6 MPa.
Confirm pressure under dynamic conditions and provide
pressure regulation where required to protect the faucet
and maintain consistent sensor-controlled discharge.
⌂ Hot and Cold Water Configuration? +
The Laveno supports hot and cold water operation.
Flush both supply branches, verify balanced dynamic pressure,
establish the required mixed-water temperature, and test
repeated automatic activation and shutoff cycles before
project turnover.
⚡ Ceramic Valve Performance? +
The faucet uses a ceramic valve core for durable
water control. During commissioning, perform repeated
activation and shutoff cycles and investigate sediment,
pressure instability, or valve contamination if closure
becomes delayed or incomplete.
⌕ Routine Finish Maintenance? +
Clean decorative surfaces with a soft microfiber
cloth and mild pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads,
acidic descalers, bleach, ammonia, aggressive metal polish,
or concentrated chemicals that could damage the selected
architectural finish.
