A promised follow-up regarding the shipment never arrived, so I ended up contacting the company again myself. The Sierra sprayer kit fortunately delivered a much better impression. Its gold finish provides the polished appearance our suite needed, while the handheld design remains genuinely functional. Water control feels manageable, and the fixture complements the other gold hardware without making the bathroom look excessively coordinated.

Great faucet! The finish is beautiful, but more importantly is the way it actually functions. Great faucet and a fantastic deal!

Reviewer: Roman McGrath from Bloomington, MN
Switching to chrome would have solved the availability headache quickly, but it also would have left one gold-themed bathroom with a mismatched handheld fixture. I decided to tolerate the extra follow-up instead. That was probably the right call. The Sierra now looks like an intentional part of the overall suite rather than an accessory added afterward, and the handheld functionality gives the bathing area some welcome versatility.
